At Tantrum Online, we believe that online shopping should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience, for both you and your little one. That's why our goal is for each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their order.
Not 100% satisfied? We'll exchange your order or give you a refund on your purchase price (minus all shipping costs) If you ship the returnable items(s) back to us within 10 days of receiving it.
Please note this policy is strictly enforced and all orders that have exceeded this time frame will not qualify for an exchange store credit, or refund.
ITEMS QUALIFIED FOR RETURN MUST BE IN NEW, UNWORN AND UNWASHED CONDITION, AND KEPT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NONRETURNABLE, NONREFUNDABLE, AND NON EXCHANGEABLE. ALL EXCHANGES ARE FINAL.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
As an online company, we aim to provide a return and exchange service that's virtually hassle free! Here's how it works:
- Download & complete the form below. Please make sure to input your correct order number.
- Pack & secure your items in their original packaging along with the form.
- Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility).
- Ship the items off to the address provided & you're all set!
Once we've received your package, Our return & exchange department will contact you via email within 3-4 business days.
REFUNDS: refunds are credited back to the original payment method. We will refund the item(s) purchase price within 7 business days of your package's arrival.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGES: After we receive and process your returned item(s) for exchange, we will ship your requested items back to you for free! This applies to the 48 contiguous states only! All costs with sending your return item(s) back to us is your responsibility.
